Aussi Wall is a quick-build, versatile insulated panel. The smooth finish and anti-bacterial paint, make the panels ideal for cool rooms, cold stores, clean rooms.

Insulation Core
The Expanded Polystyrene Insulation Core with Fire retardant offers high R-Values for thermal efficiency. As a result, the panels are widely used for cool rooms and cold stores. They are also excellent for reducing noise.
You can choose an insulation core from 50mm thick right up to 200mm thick.
The Panels
Aussi Wall panels have an effective sheet coverage of 1200mm when joined together.
The panels lock together with tongue and grove joins.
Lengths
The panels are cut to length as they are manufactured. The minimum length is 1.8m.
We also stock panels at our Narangba warehouse in 50mm and 75mm in 2.4m, 2.7m & 3.0m.
Range
The Aussi Wall 0.4 range, comes standard with a smooth profile on both sides and painted Off White (Surfmist). The 0.4mm steel is makes it a more economical product, and therefore the more popular option.
The Aussi Wall 0.6 range is more versatile. While it comes standard in a smooth, Off White finish, it’s also available in a range of colours. The 0.6mm steel sheets are stronger for spanning.

We’ve got you covered when it comes to joining wall panels. We supply an extensive range of extrusions (joiners) including:
- Angles – 70×40, 40×40, 50×50, 25×25 in Off White
- Base Channels – 50mm, 75mm, 100mm in Off White
- Capping Channels – 50mm, 75mm, 100mm in Off White
- Corner Moulds – 50mm & 75mm in Off White
